Bill was as involved in the home search as I wanted to be -- meaning, he sent daily updates from the MLS, both via automated email and by text messages. Very responsive during the day, for any questions, requests to view homes, etc. As a first-time home buyer, Bill made extra sure to point out nuances in the process I didn't even know about despite my own research.
